BACKGROUND & CREDENTIALS
Uniting spatial design, technical production, and musical education across PACA Productions' mainstage seasons at The Concourse, Chatswood.
William Pulley: Co-Founder, Executive Producer & Head of Design
A lifelong passion for music, design, and theatre led William Pulley to study Classical Opera Voice in the selective 1-on-1 Studio Stream at the ANU School of Music (Australian National University), under the tutelage of acclaimed Vocal Coach and Head of Voice Alan Hicks, and to participate in over twenty theatrical productions since 2008. His proudest accomplishment is co-founding and building PACA Productions alongside Co-Founder Rodrigo Medina Noël.
As Executive Producer and Head of Design for PACA, William’s mainstage credits include the acclaimed Sydney seasons of In The Heights and Green Day’s American Idiot, alongside the 2025 seasons of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Footloose, and & Juliet, the landmark 2026 Australian Amateur Premiere of Disney’s Frozen, and the 19-performance season of Mamma Mia! at The Concourse, Chatswood. Earlier directing and musical directing credits include The Sound of Music, Grease, and The Marvelous Wonderettes.
Holding university degrees in Environmental Design and Education, alongside a Certificate in Live Production and Technical Services and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), William brings a multidisciplinary command to every season. From drafting structural scenic architecture and overseeing LED vision equipment to leading over a decade of secondary music education, he unites creative design with modern theatrical engineering.
William now leads PACA into its next chapter, headlined by the April 2027 New South Wales Premiere of Broadway’s Finding Neverland, his personal favourite musical, at The Concourse Theatre, Chatswood.
