Stage Whispers Retrospective

“Frozen is a plot deeply rooted in love: a love that is sacrificial, where our actions are not driven by what we gain, but how much someone means to us.”

Following our triumphant season at The Concourse Theatre, director Kaitlin Hillier shared an exclusive retrospective in Stage Whispers detailing the mammoth undertaking of premiering Disney's Frozen in Australia: marshaling 65+ cast and crew, on-stage theatrical magic, 2 custom-built puppets, over 100 custom costumes, and a 23-piece live symphony orchestra to build the winter kingdom of Arendelle.

THE 4TH WALL REVIEWS

“The warmth of PACA Productions' presentation of Frozen left me cheering for joy... Cassidy Lobb was truly born to play Elsa with a magnetising presence, while Sophia Duncan as Anna is comedy gold and a masterclass of authentic character acting. Directing the amateur premiere is a mammoth responsibility and the team should be proud of the standard they have set for future productions across the country.”
