Hire Terms & Operational FAQs
Under our Master Costume Hire Agreement, costumes must be returned professionally dry cleaned by an accredited commercial cleaner. Specialty items like illuminated dresses or puppets must not be submerged.
Permanent alterations (cutting, glueing, or dyeing) are strictly prohibited. Temporary adjustments using light basting stitches are permitted provided they cause no damage and are removed prior to return.
A refundable security bond is held during the hire term to protect against damages, heavy soiling, or late returns. It is fully refunded via EFT within 5 business days after inspection.
Yes. While pickup from our Sydney warehouse is standard, we routinely arrange commercial freight for schools and production companies across regional NSW, Melbourne, Brisbane, and beyond.
