ARTISTIC VISION & SOCIAL IMPACT

GRASSROOTS HEART, COMMERCIAL SCALE

Uniting independent artistic courage, verified social enterprise impact, and mainstage theatrical craftsmanship on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
GRASSROOTS THEATRE TO MAINSTAGE
PACA Productions Mainstage Musical Theatre at The Concourse Chatswood

From Grassroots Theatre to Sydney’s Mainstage

Founded by William Pulley and Rodrigo Medina Noël, PACA Productions grew from grassroots Sydney independent theatre into one of the Lower North Shore’s flagship mainstage companies at The Concourse Theatre, Chatswood.

We believe non-professional and independent performers deserve a truly commercial production environment. From In The Heights and Green Day’s American Idiot to Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Footloose, &Juliet, the Australian Amateur Premiere of Disney’s Frozen, Mamma Mia!, and the NSW Premiere of Finding Neverland, every PACA season unites custom-built scenic automation, bespoke wardrobe design, and live symphony or rock orchestras.

  • Inclusive Artist Pathways: Pairing emerging Sydney vocalists, actors, and dancers with seasoned creative directors and conductors.
  • Full Live Orchestras: Maintaining 100% live orchestral and pit instrumentation across every mainstage season.
  • In-House Scenic & Costume Workshops: Designing and building complete theatrical sets, props, and couture costumes in Sydney.
