Q1. How quickly will I receive a response to my enquiry?
Our production team reviews incoming submissions daily and typically responds within 24 to 48 business hours. Urgent show-week and casting enquiries receive priority handling.
Q2. Where are costume and prop hires collected?
Wardrobe packages and stage props are curated in our production hire warehouse. Collection and return appointments are scheduled directly with our wardrobe department upon booking confirmation.
Q3. How do performers and crew apply for productions?
Performers should register directly in our Casting Portal (portal.paca.sydney/auditions) to submit artist profiles and book vocal or dance audition slots. Backstage crew can also submit technical resumes through the portal or email our office.
Q4. Can corporate sponsors or donors partner with PACA?
