OUR CULTURAL MISSION
At PACA Productions, our mission is to make live Sydney theatre and Sydney musical theatre accessible, affordable, and community-driven across our mainstage seasons. As a verified Australian Social Enterprise, we reinvest our resources into mainstage productions, emerging artist mentorship, circular scenic and costume sustainability, and inclusive community access across Greater Sydney.
CORE VALUES & SOCIAL ENTERPRISE VERIFICATION
Inspiring and uniting performers, creatives, technicians, and audiences through accessible, high-calibre live theatre.
Why Theatre Matters to Our Community
At PACA, our mission is to make theatre accessible, affordable, and community-driven. We believe in the power of the performing arts to inspire, unite, and bring joy to audiences and participants from all walks of life.
In an era where commercial theatre ticket prices and training costs can exclude families and emerging artists, we are dedicated to delivering ambitious mainstage productions with 100% live orchestras at The Concourse Theatre, Chatswood while providing professional vocal, acting, and technical mentorship and maintaining accessible community ticketing.
Every season provides a welcoming, structured creative home where emerging performers work alongside conservatorium-trained directors, vocal coaches, and accredited production specialists.
Verified Social Enterprise & Cultural Governance
PACA Productions operates as a certified, purpose-led social enterprise verified by Social Traders and People and Planet First. Our governance model ensures that commercial revenue generated through box office seasons and our national Stagecraft & Costume Hire department is reinvested directly into cultural production, artist development, and community access.
SOCIAL TRADERS CERTIFIED
PEOPLE & PLANET FIRSTTHREE PILLARS OF CULTURAL & SOCIAL IMPACT
How PACA delivers measurable artistic, educational, and social value across Sydney and the Australian performing arts sector.
Accessible Mainstage Theatre & Circular Sustainability
Through our mainstage productions, we aim to tell stories that are relatable, thought-provoking, and uplifting while keeping ticket prices accessible for local families. Through our national Stagecraft & Costume Hire programme, sets, props, and costumes fabricated in our North Shore workshop are reused by schools and theatre companies across Australia rather than sent to landfill.
Emerging Artist Mentorship & Stagecraft Training
Through our educational initiatives and Stagecraft Workshops, we seek to nurture emerging talent and provide skills training that empowers individuals to pursue their creative passions on stage and behind the scenes. Performers and crew receive hands-on mentorship from conservatorium-trained vocal, musical, and technical directors.
Inclusive Access & Charity Ticketing Partnerships
Through our community outreach and partnership with It’s On The House, we donate complimentary tickets across our Sydney theatre seasons so individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, carers, and community workers can experience the joy of live theatre in Sydney.

What does it mean that PACA is a Certified Social Enterprise?

How can patrons or businesses support PACA's Cultural Mission?
Individuals can make tax-deductible donations to support our mainstage seasons through the Australian Cultural Fund (ACF) or join VIP Memberships, while businesses can partner via Corporate Sponsorships.
