ABOUT THE EVENT
What can I expect from the show?
Footloose with PACA Sydney is a high-energy musical packed with explosive dance numbers, catchy rock and pop anthems, and heartfelt moments. Audiences can expect a vibrant, feel-good production that tells the story of a city teenager who shakes up a small town where dancing is banned. With a talented cast, live music, and iconic songs like “Holding Out for a Hero” and “Let’s Hear It for the Boy”, this show delivers an unforgettable night of entertainment for all ages. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to the story, you’ll leave the theatre tapping your feet and inspired by the power of youth, courage, and community.
How long does the show last?
The experience will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including a 20-min intermission.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the show. The show will start on time and the audience should be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the artists and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed into the performance.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won’t include strobe lights. However, there will be lighting effects and haze.

Where can I get tickets?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets via the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Where is the event located?
The show takes place at the Concourse Theatre located within Chatswood Concourse. The address is 409 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067.
Does the event take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This event is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
The venue has a bar and kiosk which will serve snacks and refreshments.
Is there parking available?
The Concourse car park offers onsite paid parking for 400 vehicles with direct lift access to the venue. The car park entrance is on Ferguson Lane via Archer Street, please note, there is a not right turn from Archer St for vehicles over 3m. There is a luminous sign with a number of available parking spaces at the intersection of Ferguson Lane and Archer Street.

Accessible Car Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available on both levels of The Concourse car park and in nearby Endeavour and Spring Streets.
Height Restrictions
The general car park height for normal vehicles is 2.2m.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome assistance animals. Please ensure to contact the venue in advance at (02) 8075 8111 if you will be attending with an assistance animal to ensure proper concessions are made.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Wheelchair accessible seats have to be booked with the “Wheelchair Accessible” ticket type and are in the A Reserve only.

Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this event are entitled one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please ensure to contact the venue in advance at (02) 8075 8111 and show proof of needing a carer ticket on arrival.
Is the event accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, the show is accessible to deaf and visually impaired people. Assisted listening will be available on request.
Will toilet facilities be available on site?
Yes, the venue has toilets; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the event?
Unfortunately, photography, filming or recording of the show is strictly prohibited.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at (02) 8075 8111.
Is cloakroom service available?
Unfortunately, this location does not have a cloakroom service. Venue entrances will have an umbrella stand to store wet umbrellas.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket.
What are the prohibited items at the event?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Other prohibited items are:
- External alcohol
- Hot food or beverages
- Strong smelling food or any form of glass
- Audio recording devices
- Drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Flammables
- Torches
- Lasers
- Professional cameras
- Promotional items/unauthorized solicitations/vendors (including flyers, samples, giveaways)
- Selfie sticks/tripods
