The PACA Production of Disney’s Frozen is a magical, heartwarming stage musical that brings the beloved story of Arendelle to life. This event is held indoors in an air-conditioned theatre.

The experience will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

The venue has a bar and kiosk offering snacks and refreshments before the show and during intermission.

Is there parking available?

The Concourse car park offers paid onsite parking with direct lift access to the venue.
The car park entrance is located on Ferguson Lane via Archer Street.

No, but please feel free to dress up in your favorite Frozen costume!

Limited interaction with the performers may occur during matinee performances only.
No interaction is included in evening performances.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

If available. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Yes, press passes are available subject to approval. Media enquiries should be directed through official channels.

Yes. We recommend arriving early to allow enough time to be seated and comfortable. Late entry may be permitted for up to 10 minutes after the show has started.

Unfortunately, this experience is not specifically accessible for deaf or visually impaired patrons.

Will there be strobe lights?

No strobe lighting will be used. However, atmospheric haze and theatrical lighting effects will be used during the performance.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

No. Photography, filming, or recording of any kind during the performance is strictly prohibited.

Is there a Lost & Found?

Is coat check available?
